This important resource helps consumers clearly understand the nature of relationships they may have with brokerages during real estate transactions. The brochure highlights the key differences between being a Customer and becoming a Client: Customers: If you choose to remain a customer, a brokerage is not obligated to keep your information confidential or to actively promote and protect your interests. Clients: By signing a Representation Agreement and becoming a client, you gain access to dedicated brokerage representation.
