Now more than ever, it is crucial to clarify misconceptions and highlight the undeniable value REALTORS® bring to the table. What is the Burnett Trial? The Missouri case, initiated by a local plaintiff’s lawyer alleging that the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and others conspired to harm consumers by fixing commissions, is fundamentally flawed and unsupported by evidence.
