| REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR®) | A powerful, free data platform built exclusively for REALTORS® — included with your NAR membership. Access detailed property histories, tax records, valuations, and market trend data on over 160 million properties nationwide. Use it to run comparative market analyses, track local market activity, and generate branded property and neighborhood reports you can share directly with clients. | First-Time Home Buyer Savings Accounts | Idaho offers a special savings account program that lets first-time buyers save up to $15,000 per year (or $30,000 jointly) tax-deductibly toward their first home purchase. Share this with your clients — it’s a great conversation starter. |
| Scholarships | Idaho REALTORS® offers scholarships to help members pursue continuing education and professional development. Applications open annually — watch the newsletter for announcements. |

| Transaction Forms | Idaho REALTORS® provides members with access to standard real estate transaction forms through two platforms — Forms Simplicity and Instanet/Transaction Desk.
