Code of Ethics	Every REALTOR® is bound by the NAR Code of Ethics — a detailed set of professional responsibilities covering duties to clients, the public, and fellow REALTORS®.
IRIS — Integrity Seal Endorsement	The Idaho REALTORS® Integrity Seal recognizes members who have demonstrated a commitment to ethical practice and professional excellence.
Ombudsmen & Mediation	Have a concern or dispute? Our ombudsmen program offers informal, confidential assistance to help resolve issues before they escalate to a formal complaint.

Arbitration	REALTORS® involved in commission or compensation disputes can request arbitration as an alternative to litigation.
