IRIS | Idaho REALTORS® Integrity Seal Endorsement

Idaho REALTORS® and the Idaho REALTORS® Leadership Academy established a new
endorsement in 2025 to formally recognize and celebrate REALTORS® who go above and
beyond the call of duty in professionalism, education and ethics in their role serving the public
and the REALTOR ® community. This honor highlights not only professional excellence, but also
a deep and consistent commitment to helping others.

The award was created to inspire a culture of professionalism, service and leadership within the
real estate profession. It honors those who use their skills, networks, and resources to serve their
clients and the real estate community at large.
Award Presentation:
Recipients are honored at the annual REALTOR® conference, where they receive a
commemorative pin, certificate and public recognition. The recipients will also be entitled to use
the IRIS logo attached to their name (email signatures, business cards, etc).
IRIS serves as both a milestone for recipients and a beacon of inspiration for others in the industry.
