RECORDING | March Webinar: 2026 Form Changes Recording Now Available
In this month’s Wednesday Webinar IR Legal Counsel Jason Risch joins Idaho REALTORS® for a review of the 2026 form changes. Jason walks through the most significant updates to the standard purchase and sale agreement, including new language in the title inspection section addressing both buyer and seller rights when title issues arise. The webinar also covers a new FinCEN reporting disclosure and the federal court ruling issued that same morning that suspended the rule, as well as updates to the brokerage fee agreements and property disclosure form.

Idaho REALTORS® is launching a new Open House program in 2026 focused on connection, conversation, and communities. In this introductory video, Michelle Bailey, 2026 IR President, explains the purpose behind these open houses and why they matter.
