2026 Scholarship Recipients

Idaho REALTORS® Awards 2026 Scholarships: Honoring Excellence in Leadership, Academics, and Community Impact
Boise, ID — Idaho REALTORS®, the leading voice for real estate professionals across the state, is proud to announce the recipients of its 2026 scholarship awards. Each year, these scholarships are granted to students pursuing higher education at Idaho institutions who have demonstrated academic achievement, leadership, and a strong commitment to community service.
“It’s inspiring to see so much talent and heart in this year’s applicants,” said Michelle Bailey, President of Idaho REALTORS®. “Idaho REALTORS® is proud to invest in students who are already making a difference, and we can’t wait to see where their education takes them.”
Amanda Pannell Memorial Scholarship:

Madison Spriggss (Glenns Ferry) was selected to receive the Amanda Pannell Memorial Scholarship, Idaho REALTORS®’ largest annual award at $4,000, chosen by Amanda’s family for an essay reflecting her incredible legacy. Madison just completed her first year at Northwest Nazarene University, where she competes on the track and field team and is pursuing a degree in Pre-Athletic Training with minors in Psychology and Coaching.

This year, two students were selected to receive our Large Scholarships of $3,000:
- Devin McDaniel (Sandpoint): She is enrolled at Montana State University studying Business Finance with a minor in Environmental Stewardship & Sustainability.
- Harmony Hulet (Melba): A graduating senior from Melba High School, she plans to pursue degrees in accounting and pre-law with the goal of becoming a water rights attorney.
Additionally, five students were selected to receive our $1,500 scholarships:
- Elisabeth Laney (Boise): Just completed her second year at the University of Idaho College of Law.
- Zeidy Reynaga (Glenns Ferry): Valedictorian of Glenns Ferry High School, will attend the College of Southern Idaho to study Business Management with a minor in Human Resources.
- Sawyer Treadaway (Sandpoint): Pursuing a double major in Finance and Accounting.
- Charlie Hansen (Star): A graduating senior, studing architecture while playing collegiate volleyball.
- Cameron Petty (Meridian): A graduate of Rocky Mountain High School, will attend Boise State University to study Business & Economic Analytics, with career goals in data analysis focused on Idaho’s economic and population growth.
