2025 West Treasure Valley Economic Summit – March 6th at the Nampa Civic Center

The 2025 West Treasure Valley Economic Summit is being held next week! This is a collaborative event hosted by the Caldwell Board of REALTORS®, Nampa Association of REALTORS®, and Snake River Valley Building Contractors Association. The Summit is aimed at providing insights into Idaho’s economic trends, housing market outlook, and future development.

Keynote Speakers

Kevin Sears, 2025 National Association of REALTORS® President

Kevin Sears serves as the 2025 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) President and brings a wealth of expertise in single-family brokerage and property management. A REALTOR® from Springfield, Mass., Kevin has taken on multiple leadership roles, including NAR President in 2024, Vice President of Government Affairs in 2017, and Regional Vice President for Region 1 in 2016. He has been deeply involved at the state and local levels, serving as Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® President in 2010 and receiving numerous honors, including twice being inducted into NAR’s RPAC Hall of Fame. Kevin holds a B.A. in history from Providence College and an MBA from Western New England University.

Fan-Yu Kuo, Senior Economist at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)

Fan-Yu Kuo is a Senior Economist at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). She specializes in comprehensive economic research with a focus on macroeconomics and forecasting. Prior to joining NAHB, Fan-Yu served as a research assistant at Academia Sinica. She holds a master’s degree in international economics and finance from Johns Hopkins University as well as a master’s degree in international political economy from King’s College London.
