2024 Idaho REALTORS® Elections: Meet the 2024 Candidates

2024 Candidates

First Vice President Candidate

Jennifer McCulloch

In my 21 year real estate career I’ve had the opportunity to surround myself with some incredible leaders and mentors who have encouraged and inspired me. Giving our time by serving is a great way to pay it forward. My hope is I too can be a source of inspiration and guidance so others will wish to share their time and talents. I am excited to continue learning and growing as I move forward on this leadership journey. It is an honor to serve our members and exciting to be in an industry where our competitors are also our friends and together the possibilities are endless.

North District Vice President Candidate

Kristie Mattoon

I am Kristie Mattoon from the Latah County Board of REALTORS®, running for North District Vice President. As a fifth-generation Latah County resident and daughter of a REALTOR® mom, I learned the values of real estate, life, and service early on. Inspired by my mother’s dedication, I have served on my local board, in state positions, and national roles since becoming licensed.

I believe in giving back to the community and supporting the entities that make my life and profession possible. I aim to uphold the efforts of those who served before me while contributing new ideas to best serve our community.

Serving as North District VP on the Executive Committee is the next step in my commitment and service, and I welcome it with enthusiasm. I would be honored to serve with vigor and dedication in this role.

I have enjoyed attending many north district and state activities, getting to know the amazing REALTORS® in our state. Your actions and integrity inspire us all to grow and set an example for others.

East District Vice President Candidate

Juan Contreras

I’m Juan Contreras from Idaho Falls, running for East District Vice President. Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2015, I’ve actively served our community through various roles in the Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS® (GIFAR), including Local Director, President Elect, and President. I am a graduate of the IR Leadership Academy and have served on state committees such as the By-laws, Professional Development, and Convention Committees.

My passion for service extends beyond real estate. I organize annual Thanksgiving meals and REALTOR® Ring Day events for The Salvation Army, and host self-defense seminars aligned with NAR’s safety programs.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and cooking, and I am committed to enhancing the REALTOR® brand and member benefits.

Mid-Sized NAR Director

Connie Fogle

Serving Southeast Idaho as a licensed REALTOR® for the past 19 years has been a privilege. My primary focus is residential real estate, helping families achieve the American dream of home ownership.

Volunteering in my industry has been an important part of my career since 2005. I have extensive experience serving on committees at the local, state, and national levels, including roles as Local and State President. Recently, I served as NAR Director, 2023 Region 12 Vice President, and on the NAR Executive Committee. I have also been elected to the NAR Policy and Procedure Task Force and the Campaign Credentials and Rules Committee.

I am seeking the role of NAR Director representing Mid-Size Boards to continue having a voice for our members during this time of industry change. My leadership experience has equipped me with knowledge and strong relationships that will benefit our members and the Board of Directors.

It would be an honor to serve as your Idaho REALTORS® NAR Director for Mid-Size Boards.
