Join Us at REALTOR® Day at the Capitol

Join Idaho REALTORS® for REALTOR® Day at the Capitol next week in Boise. This is your opportunity to learn more about the legislative process, understand the issues impacting homeownership and private property rights, and show up alongside fellow REALTORS® to strengthen our collective voice.
As Michelle Bailey, 2026 Idaho REALTORS® President, and Max Pond, Government Affairs Director, share in this short video, REALTOR® Day at the Capitol offers a rare chance to engage with all three branches of Idaho state government in a single day. Each year, this event continues to grow in impact—and in participation.
We hope you’ll join us at the Capitol as REALTORS® from across the state come together to learn, engage, and be seen. We look forward to seeing you in Boise.

Mark your calendars for Idaho REALTORS® 2026 Day at the Capitol on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, 1:00 pm MST in the Lincoln Auditorium at the Idaho State Capitol.
This signature event brings REALTOR® members together for an afternoon focused on advocacy, education, and connection at the heart of Idaho’s legislative process. The program will begin in the early afternoon in the Lincoln Auditorium and will feature insights and perspectives from state constitutional officers, legislative leadership, members of the Idaho Supreme Court, and Idaho REALTORS® leadership.
Throughout the afternoon, attendees can expect an overview of REALTOR® advocacy priorities, guidance on what happens behind the scenes at the Capitol, and opportunities to hear directly from state leaders about the issues impacting homeownership, private property rights, and Idaho communities.
Following the program, attendees are invited to continue the conversation at a hosted reception at the Crystal Ballroom in the Hoff Building. The reception provides an informal setting to connect with constitutional officers, legislators, and Idaho REALTORS® leadership, as well as fellow REALTORS® from across the state.
Open to all REALTOR® members, Day at the Capitol is a cornerstone event that highlights the strength of our collective voice and our ongoing commitment to effective advocacy on behalf of our profession and the clients we serve.
We hope you’ll join us at the Capitol!
