Eligibility
- Be an Idaho REALTOR® member in good standing
- Have been a REALTOR® for a minimum of 2 years
- Have no ethics violations within the past 3 years
- Identify a sponsor who is a REALTOR® in good standing with at least 5 years of experience
Requirements
Sponsor Requirement
Each applicant must submit a qualified sponsor who will endorse them as a highly professional and ethical REALTOR®. The sponsor must:
- Be a REALTOR® in good standing
- Have been licensed for a minimum of 5 years
- Have first-hand knowledge of the applicant’s character and work ethic
Eligible sponsors include Brokers, Managing Brokers, Local & State Directors, Association officers and executives, and past Idaho REALTORS® Leadership Academy (IRLA) graduates.
Approved Electives
Select and complete at least two from the list below, above and beyond your required license renewal minimum.
Annual Renewal
- ✓Idaho REALTOR® member in good standing
- ✓No ethics violations in the past three years
- ✓Complete Professionalism in Practice: Raising the Bar with Ethics and License Law
