Raising the Bar: A Year of Code of Ethics Conversations
As we close out the year we wanted to reflect on Raising the Bar: The REALTOR® Code of Ethics video series, and what this year of conversations has meant for our association and profession. When we launched this series, the goal was simple: to take the Code of Ethics out of the classroom and put it into real-world context. Rather than treating it as a checklist or a requirement to complete every few years, we wanted to talk honestly about how the Code shows up in everyday transactions, conversations, and professional relationships.
