State Law Change Impacts Water Rights in Certain Parts of Idaho
Helping a Buyer or Seller purchase or sell a property with a well? Or does the property use a community well? Is the property in a ground water management area? Did you know Idaho law changed July 1, 2025 and the changes could mean the property cannot use well water for irrigation including water for the properties lawn? 2025 Idaho REALTORS® Elections: Appointment and Election Update
We want to inform our members about an important update regarding the Idaho REALTORS® 2025 elections. This year, all candidates for our key positions are running unopposed. Consequently, there will be no online voting for these elections. The candidates for: First Vice President – Phil MountSouth District Vice President – Juan SilvazWest District Vice President – Nikki Cameron-Joneswill be elected by acclamation during the October 3rd General Membership and Board of Directors meetings being held in Coeur d’Alene.
