2025 Idaho REALTORS® Elections: Appointment and Election Update

We want to inform our members about an important update regarding the Idaho REALTORS® 2025 elections. This year, all candidates for our key positions are running unopposed. Consequently, there will be no online voting for these elections.
The candidates for:
First Vice President – Phil Mount
South District Vice President – Juan Silvaz
West District Vice President – Nikki Cameron-Jones
will be elected by acclamation during the October 3rd General Membership and Board of Directors meetings being held in Coeur d’Alene.
Additionally, the candidate for:
NAR Director for a Small Sized Board – Sadie Noah
will be confirmed by presidential appointment, to comply with the NAR September deadline.

2025 Candidates
First Vice President Candidate
Phil Mount

Phil Mount brings a proven track record of leadership, service, and forward-thinking vision to his candidacy for First Vice President of Idaho REALTORS®. A longtime advocate for the real estate profession, Phil currently serves as the West District Vice President and represents Idaho on a national level as a 2023–2024 NAR Director and member of the National RPAC Major Investor Council. He also plays an integral role in Idaho REALTORS® governance as a State Political Coordinator and active member of both the Legislative Affairs and Bylaws Committees.
Phil’s extensive experience includes serving as 2019 President of Boise Regional REALTORS®, earning recognition as Idaho REALTOR® of the Year in 2020, and being inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame. He is also a graduate and former facilitator of the Idaho REALTORS® Leadership Academy, and has been a committed member of the President’s Circle since 2018. His leadership is marked by collaboration, integrity, and a strategic mindset rooted in both REALTOR® values and his professional background in technology, marketing, and business management.
South District Vice President Candidate
Juan Silvaz

A dedicated REALTOR® with nearly two decades of experience, Juan Silvaz has been an active and respected member of the Idaho REALTORS® community since 2006. Representing the Minicassia Association, Juan has served as Local Board President multiple times (2014, 2017, 2021) and is a 2015 graduate of the Idaho REALTORS® Leadership Academy. His longstanding commitment to leadership and service reflects his deep understanding of the challenges REALTORS® face across the state and his passion for fostering professional growth.
Juan is widely recognized for his thoughtful and inclusive leadership style. His colleagues describe him as a problem-solver who brings both vision and action to the table. Known for his integrity, empathy, and ability to listen, Juan ensures every voice is heard and valued. Whether advocating for underrepresented voices or navigating strategic decisions, he leads with a calm, steady presence that inspires trust and collaboration.
West District Vice President Candidate
Nikki Cameron-Jones

With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Nikki Cameron-Jones has built a reputation for leadership, integrity, and service. A dedicated REALTOR® and Associate Broker, Nikki has earned recognition not only as a consistent top producer but also as a respected leader within her local association. She served as President of the Nampa Association of REALTORS® and continues to contribute on numerous local committees.
Nikki’s dedication to the profession has earned her several honors, including REALTOR® of the Year in 2018, the Larry Hobson Spirit Award, and the Unsung Hero Award. A graduate of the Idaho REALTORS® Leadership Academy, she brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to leadership and is known for her strong work ethic and ability to build long-term connections in both business and service.
Small Sized NAR Director
Sadie Noah

A third-generation REALTOR®, Sadie Noah has built her career on a foundation of service, leadership, and advocacy. Beginning with the Payette Washington County Board of REALTORS® and later serving as the 2012 President of Idaho REALTORS®, she continues to represent her profession through the Mountain Central Association of REALTORS®. Inspired by leaders before her, Sadie is committed to advancing REALTOR® interests at the national level and ensuring small boards have a strong voice.
Born in Weiser, Idaho, Sadie has strong ties to both rural Idaho and the Pacific Northwest. Her leadership and service have been shaped by a lifetime of community engagement and an enduring interest in political and governmental processes. She brings to her candidacy a blend of professional expertise and personal passion for fostering REALTOR® success at all levels.
Idaho REALTORS® Elections
IR is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
- First Vice President;
- North District Vice President;
- East District Vice President; and
- NAR Director (Mid-Size Boards).

2025 Positions
- IR is seeking qualified candidates for the following 2026 positions:
- First Vice President (President 1/1/2028)
- South District Vice President (term 1/1/2026-12/31/2027)
- West District Vice President (term 1/1/2026-12/31/2027)
- NAR Director (Small Boards) (term 12/1/2025-11/30/2028)
WHO ELECTS WHOM?
- The First Vice President will be elected from eligible candidates by the Board of Directors only. The First Vice President automatically advances to President Elect the next year and President the year after.
- District Vice Presidents will be elected from eligible candidates by the members of their district only, online and at the general membership meeting, to serve a 2-year term.
- NAR Director (Small Boards) will be elected from eligible candidates by Idaho REALTOR® members from local associations/boards with less than 499 members as determined on July 31. The election will be conducted online in accordance with the timeframes and deadlines set forth by the Executive Committee in this election guideline. A person elected to this position shall serve a 3-year term.
Important Election Dates
August 4: IR will publish official notice of all candidates. “Official Notice” shall mean direct mail or electronic means to every member, printed notice in IR publications, on the IR website, or distribution to the local Board/Associations.
August 11: Any additional members seeking to have their names placed on the official ballots must submit a written petition signed by at least 25 members to the IR office by 5 PM MDT. Eligibility will be verified.
August 18: If any additional candidates are eligible for the ballot (based on petition procedures outlined in the bylaws), their candidacy must be noticed by IR to the membership through direct mail or electronic means, printed notice in IR publications, on the IR website, or distribution to the local Board/Associations.
August 22: Online voting for the office of District Vice President and NAR Director will open and be collected electronically. Each REALTOR® member will be required to enter identification information, as determined by IR, in order to place their individual vote.
September 1: Candidates’ written responses to the First Vice President questionnaire due by 5 PM MDT.
September 1: Official online voting for District Vice Presidents and NAR Directors will close at 5:00 PM MDT. Results of the NAR Director election announced by September 8th.
October 3: In-person voting for First Vice President and DVPs is held during Board of Directors and General Membership Meetings respectively.
December 1: NAR Director (Small Boards) takes office.
