The REALTOR® of the Year (ROTY) award is designed to recognize and honor REALTOR® members of the Idaho REALTORS® who have demonstrated outstanding effort and work in the interest of their fellow REALTORS®, their profession, and the community. This prestigious award highlights exemplary contributions and showcases the dedication and impact of REALTORS® to the public.
Two-Step Nomination Process for 2024
This year, the ROTY award process will follow a two-step approach. First, local associations or members will nominate a nominee for the Idaho REALTOR® of the Year. Following the nomination, the nominee will then be required to submit a comprehensive application. This process ensures that each nominee is thoroughly evaluated based on their achievements and contributions.
GUIDELINES & RESTRICTIONS
- Previous Idaho REALTOR® of the Year winners are NOT eligible.
- Nominations must be submitted on the IR website by July 15th, 2024
- Completed ROTY Applications must be submitted by August 5, 2024 at 5:00 pm with a candidate statement and a current high-resolution photo to qualify.
- An individual member may submit one at-large candidate for consideration for Idaho REALTOR® of the Year.
- Each local Board/Association may submit one candidate for consideration.
- Review additional Judging Criteria prior to completing the application.
