Raising the Bar: Article 4: Full Disclosure – Understanding 4-2

The newest episode of the “Raising the Bar: Idaho REALTOR® Code of Ethics” series is now available, featuring Immediate Past President Katrina Wehr. In this video Katrina explains Article 4 and Standard of Practice 4-2, which are about transparency and disclosure when you yourself have a direct connection to a transaction.  If you or someone close to you has a present or potential ownership interest in a transaction, that interest must be disclosed in writing.
